For this method you need a bubble bag kit made especially for this purpose, a bucket, a large wooden spoon, a cooking spoon, ice and water.

You cover the bucket with the bubble bags and fill it with enough cold water to cover the bottom of the bags. You add the frozen plant material and enough ice to fill the bucket to the brim. Stir with a wooden spoon for 15-20 minutes, adding ice if necessary. The goal is a 50/50 mixture of ice and water. You extract the bubble bags one by one by draining them into the bucket. You then put the extract on a sieve to press it out. excess moisture with a kitchen spoon.

Cooking: this is a very popular but more complicated method. It is difficult to choose the correct dosage because it depends a lot on the type of food you intend to prepare and how long it takes to metabolise it.
